life

To anyone who cares-

Currently?  valentines day is today and I'm least worried about having a "beloved one" and more worried about maintaining ties with old friends.  It has come to my attention that college is a growing experience for all, lives are changing, and there's nothing you can do about it no matter how hard you try to keep things the same.  They claim that high school is the best 4 years of your life, and then when you get to college it is supposed to be even better.  It is true, just not all it's cut out to be.  But maybe all of this will change next month, I'm turning 21 and spring break is right around that corner so hello Vegas.

Health? to the few people who might know ... I don't know how it's going, I'm probably doing worse than I was a year ago.  But I have started to exercise again which is always a good thing.

Job? I don't have a job anymore.  As a professor of mine once said, "it's a recession when you have a job and others are losing theirs, and it's a depression when you lose YOUR job." I lost mine because of time constraints.  This semester I have a different focus though.  Getting a spring 2010 internship location, hopefully west coast LA or SF.  Although California is in the midst of going bankrupt... yes for all of you living under a rock, the state of California is going bankrupt...  But I'm still looking with hope.

Family?  Luckily ALL of us are still in school... how lucky are we?

It's almost done, just a few more days and i'll be walking across that stage.
The most upsetting thing about it all is that well, i'll never be roaming the halls of Hebron High as a Student ever again.  It seems like yesterday that we all were in freshman orientation, now we're all moving up in life and well lets just say the better half of our younger years is done and the kick ass half is about to begin good luck all Seniors Class of 2006 we're almost there

All right all right 1st entry in like half a year.  So you're wondering why I am writing in this online journal, well one reason the SCHOOLS AROUND THE NATION are invading into people's personal stories.  Now if you don't have the slightest clue as to what the hell I am talking about I am speaking of sites like Xanga and Myspace.  These sites were created with the intent of being both private profiles and private journals, but if you're not savvy enough you can't do anything about it being shared to the world, but how do you know they wanted you to read it?  I have to conclude that the school administrators and Teachers who have already used TEXTUAL evidence to incriminate students, have really no probable cause to do any of this.  Which is why these acts are complete bull shit and UNCONSTITUTIONAL.  Any textual evidence found without probable cause is what?  Thrown out in the court of law!!(damn I learned that in government.)

Word of advice if you ever get called in to the office and you are handed a piece of paper that looks a bit familiar with highlights I say tell the administrators about the side project you have in your PERSONAL journal that has one goal, Creative Writing.  But if you've been caught and signed that paper(office referal) you're screwed and well lets just say if you want to help your self plead the fucking 5th amendment.

Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

This article written by yours truly libdo and inspired by (AsianDDRManiac, YM, and all others already getting screwed by this "new form of justice" that the schools feel they can use) Don't be shy to comment and most of all spread the word, I want EVERYONE to hear about my article.

keep in mind these are things I believe you can do and I believe is happening
